the ALS walk is done.  The troop raised a total of $345.  The whole Wilmington area raised $80,342.  Thanks to everyone who came and donated.  Special thanks to J.T., Benjamin, and Robert for the doing the flag ceremony.

We had 35 scouts attend this very busy work weekend. The poor weather conditions did not hamper our efforts making Fox Den the pride of Camp Bowers. We even found time to bust a few clay targets at the shotgun range!

Camping and Fishing MB:

39 scouts camped and wet their lines at Genteel Plantation last weekend. The weather was perfect and we even caught/cleaned/ate a few fish. Thank you Mr. Williams for organizing the MB and for bringing some extra fish to eat.

What:      This is an Eagle required merit badge not usually offered at summer camp.

Who:        Troop 13 Scouts of all ages who don’t already have this merit badge are strongly encouraged to take it. Dr. Mark Murphy is the counselor for this MB.
